We are transforming Seward Park's outdoor space from something you look at into something you use. By moving our building entries, we can remove the current public walkways that lead to our lobby entrances and push our security perimeter out to the property line.
This opens up new private outdoor space for all shareholders. As the current pathways disappear, so will the fences that have kept us off our own front lawns for 65 years. The tall fence that now divides the playground area between Buildings 3 and 4 from the outdoor space wrapping around to the front of Building 4 will also come down, finally unifying our green spaces.
Relocating the entries also allows us to convert the current lobbies into larger lounges, each opening onto its own terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture. Our goal is to create a variety of spaces where residents can relax or gather with neighbors. We encourage all shareholders to visit and enjoy every part of our new campus.
