Gymnasium

The new gym will be organized into two distinct rooms to better serve our multigenerational community. The entry room is dedicated to cardio and light movement, while the second room focuses on strength, functional training, and stretching. This layout is designed to improve flow and circulation, starting with a practical arrival area at the entrance featuring cubbies and coat storage for residents.

The gym will be moved to opposite side of Building 3 at the 200 East Broadway professional offices location. The current tenants are moving to other locations within the complex. The current gym site in Building 3 will become additional storage space for shareholders.

The Cardio Room

The entry room takes advantage of the natural light and park views through expanded windows. The equipment mix emphasizes variety and comfortable spacing, featuring treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, and rowers. Based on recent feedback, we have also added a SkierG machine and stair climbers where the ceiling height allows.

The Weight Room

The second room is zoned for strength and functional training. We have prioritized wall space for mirrors to assist with form and visibility. This area houses selectorized machines, a Smith machine, and a functional training zone with a TRX frame. The free weight section includes adjustable benches and dumbbells ranging from 3 to 50 lbs, alongside a dedicated recovery area with mats and a stretch trainer.
