Reflecting the shift in how many of us work today, we are establishing a new, purpose-built co-working facility in Building 1. We recognize that while working from home offers flexibility, there is often a need for a professional environment outside of the apartment—whether for a change of scenery or to find a quiet workspace during nearby renovations.

Moving away from the limitations of the previous location, this new space is designed specifically for functionality and privacy. The layout features a mix of small private rooms for focused work and virtual meetings, alongside a central communal area for collaboration.
